Lifesize Bronze Projects

Joanne Behan is a bronze figurative artist who works with clay and wax to create figures that capture a moment and fit a space. She hones her skills by drawing and modelling from life models, focusing on figures and portraits. She also experiments with form, shape and negative spaces in her fragmented torso series, which resemble landscapes. She uses different mediums such as bronze, ceramics and glass to make her artworks, which are mostly unique or limited editions. She displays her smaller sculptures in exhibitions and makes larger ones on commission. Her work can be found in private and public collections.
