Small Bronzes Projects

Joanne works with clay and wax to make figures that capture a moment and fit a space. She makes unique and distinctive pieces in her Monaghan studio. Joanne hones her skills by drawing and modelling from life models or her imagination, focusing on figures and portraits. Her work experiments with form, shape and negative spaces that look like landscapes. She uses different mediums such as bronze, ceramics and glass to create her artworks, which are mostly one-off or limited editions. Her work is sold in galleries and retail outlets across Ireland.
